We never add any flavor to our coffee beans. Our unique notes are created from the roasting process. Hand-roasting our coffee to perfection is a time commitment that many companies do not have the time to do, but we believe the quality speaks for itself.
We roast our coffee beans in an electric roaster with less than one pound at a time so that it is always fresh, and we can obtain the unique flavor that we strive for. Each batch is prepared with pride and care.

The origin, elevation, and temperature at which coffee beans are grown, and how much water the beans receive during the growing season all affect the unique flavors in our coffee beans.
Coffee beans cultivated at high altitudes have more refined flavor characteristics than beans grown at lower altitudes. LeNoir Dimbaya Coffee gets all of our coffee beans directly from farmers in East Africa. We process, roast, and package our coffee beans by hand in Hastings, Nebraska.
