Barista Competition
Join Us for the Ultimate Barista Showdown!
We invite you to our coffee shop to help determine which of our talented baristas creates the most popular drink! This exciting competition will showcase the exceptional skills of our baristas, with the winner determined solely by customer votes.
To ensure fairness, baristas and staff are not permitted to vote for their own creations or for others' drinks. The voting will be entirely customer-driven.
Please note that this event has a ticket price and limited seating, so we encourage you to reserve your spot early before it fills up! Complimentary snacks will be provided throughout the event, courtesy of Boardology.
The competition will take place from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, so be sure to join us for a fun and flavorful experience!

Cars and Coffee Event
What could be better than enjoying a stunning car show while sipping on your favorite coffee? Join us at our coffee shop in Hastings for an exciting Cars and Coffee event, held right in our parking lot. This event is open to all car enthusiasts and coffee lovers alike.
A $5 ticket fee grants you access to the car show, where you can admire a variety of incredible vehicles. Please note that the ticket does not cover purchases at the coffee shop, which is conveniently located next door for you to enjoy throughout the event.

Artist in Residence: Barbara Grosvenor
Artist in Residence featuring Barbara Grosvenor
Join us for an afternoon of stunning artistry, featuring the works of Barbara Grosvenor, a talented watercolor and acrylic painter from Blue Hill, Nebraska. Barbara’s creations are deeply influenced by her life experiences, and her passion for art is evident in every piece.
This event is a wonderful opportunity to admire Barbara’s unique artwork while enjoying the welcoming atmosphere of our coffee shop.
The exhibit is free to attend and will be hosted inside the coffee shop. However, please note that food and drinks are not included in the event, as we want Barbara’s artwork to take center stage.
We look forward to celebrating Barbara’s creativity with you—don't miss the chance to experience her work up close, all while enjoying a great cup of coffee!
Art Competition for the ages
Art Competition for Students of All Ages
During the final week of July, we invite students of all ages to participate in our exciting Art Competition!
Grades K-5: Participants will receive a coloring sheet, which they are encouraged to complete to the best of their ability. Artistic freedom is highly encouraged, so let your creativity shine!
Grades 6-12: Students will be provided with a creative prompt and can use any medium they choose to bring their vision to life, allowing for complete artistic expression.
At the end of the month, on July 31st, all artwork will be displayed in our coffee shop. Our baristas and staff will vote for the best submissions in each grade category:
K-5
6-8
9-12
First, second, and third place winners in each category will be announced via our social media platforms. Winners will also be contacted through the phone number or email provided when submitting their artwork.
